Foxy initially approached Pre to develop their logo and brand guidelines. They needed to strengthen their brand to create an identity that highlighted their knowledge, service and experience. This would then need to be rolled out to an e-commerce store to take advantage of a growing B2B and B2C market.
There are two target audiences for hair extensions – professional fitters/salons and the general public – so it was essential that the brand we created was fun and friendly, yet professional, experienced and trustworthy. The Foxy Hair Extensions website itself has various areas and levels of access and discount levels for their trade (B2B) and retail customers (B2C). It maximises sales potential through instant chat functionality, product display, engaging content via their new blog, responsive layouts for phones and tablets and seamless retail functionality. The site is optimised for marketing and CRM via Facebook, Twitter and MailChimp integrations.
Being a fashion-related industry it is key that the website, imagery and product presentation is up-to-date and on trend. Since we started working with Foxy they have seen an increase in their brand awareness, number of followers – and most importantly – their online sales revenue.
