Don't get them to just say yes. Get them to say "Wow!"

We obviously make things look great, but we don’t do vanity. Our design is driven by how we want people to react and engage with it. We enhance experiences by producing designs that are more enjoyable to use, easier to understand and ultimately more compelling.

Our designs communicate ideas that inform and make people take action. It doesn’t matter if we’re working on an advert, brochure, packaging or event stand, our approach is the same: always look at everything from the perspective of the target audience.

Good graphic design is the difference between material that gets filed and material that gets acted on. It’s the brochure someone reads rather than skims, the packaging someone picks up from the shelf, the exhibition stand someone stops at rather than walks past.

We’ve been producing graphic design for businesses across Surrey and London for over 15 years. The brief changes with every client and every project; a financial services report is not an product packaging range. But the approach is consistent: understand the audience, understand the goal, and design with both in mind.

Designed to wow

Brochures & Reports

From sales brochures to annual reports, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of print. Through a combination of design and copy writing, we produce brochures that capture the reader’s attention in a way that is easy to digest and understand.

Typical projects:
Annual reports / Product brochures / Catalogues / Inhouse toolkits / Policy docs / User guides / Sales brochures

Marketing Materials

We create marketing materials for clients that stand out and create a lasting impression. The marketing materials we create work hard to communicate our clients’ messages, promote their products – and most importantly generate leads.

Typical projects:
Flyers / Leaflets / Booklets / Posters / Inserts / Press ads

Retail & Packaging

We create visually striking designs that do more than catch the eye—they inform, inspire, and convey a sense of quality and value. Our work helps clients stand out from the competition and build meaningful emotional connections with their customers, ultimately driving engagement and boosting sales.

Typical projects:
Product boxes / Inserts / Bottle designs / Wraps / Clings / Gift boxes / Presentation gifts

Exhibitions & Point-Of-Sale

In retail or at an exhibition, competition for people’s attention is fierce – so you need to stand out. We create unique stand designs and exhibition materials that deliver maximum impact. But vibrant colors and eye-catching graphics alone are not enough. We consider the whole journey.

Typical projects:
Exhibition stands / Pop-up banners / Shop-in-shops / Retail POS / Store signage

Print design that works harder

Print still matters. For many businesses, a well-produced brochure, report, or marketing piece is the most tangible expression of their brand: the thing that sits on a desk, gets passed to a colleague, or arrives in the post. When it’s done well, print does work that digital can’t.

We design and produce print across the full range: annual reports, product brochures, catalogues, sales materials, policy documents, and everything in between. Every piece is designed with its reader in mind. What do they need to take in, in what order, and what should they do next? That editorial thinking is what makes the difference between print that gets read and print that gets recycled.

We work with clients from initial concept through to print-ready artwork, and we can manage production and print buying for clients who’d rather not deal with that side of things directly.

Packaging
design

Packaging is one of the most demanding design briefs there is. It has to communicate a brand, inform the buyer, stand out from the competition, work at scale in a retail environment, and hold up under scrutiny when someone picks it up and looks closely. All at once.

We’ve designed packaging for food and drink, beauty, household goods, and gift products, including work for Malibu and Loyal Candles. Our approach starts with the shelf: what’s the competitive context, what signals does the category use, and how does your product stand apart without standing alone?

Good packaging design is both strategic and craft-led. The structure, the hierarchy, the choice of materials and finishes, the way the typography sits on a curved surface: these decisions matter. We take care over all of them.

Exhibition and event design

At an exhibition or event, you have seconds to make an impression before someone moves on. An effective stand isn’t just visually arresting. It’s designed around how people move through a space, what draws them in, and what they should understand or feel by the time they leave.

We’ve designed exhibition stands and event materials for clients including Canon, the National Housing Federation, and The Communication Practice. Our work covers everything from stand concept and graphics through to supporting printed materials, banners, and on-site signage.

The same principles apply whether the brief is a 6m2 shell scheme or a large custom build: clarity of message, strength of visual, and a coherent experience from first glance to conversation.

Marketing materials

Marketing materials are often the last thing a business thinks about and the first thing a prospect sees. A well-designed leave-behind, direct mail piece, or point-of-sale display tells someone something about you before you’ve said a word.

We design marketing materials that communicate clearly and leave the right impression. That means understanding where the piece sits in the sales or marketing process, who’s going to see it, and what you need them to think or do as a result. Then designing backwards from that.

Typical projects include flyers, leaflets, posters, press ads, inserts, direct mail, and branded merchandise. We handle design and can manage print production end to end.

Graphic design questions we get asked

What's the difference between graphic design and branding?

Branding defines who you are: your identity, your values, how you want to be perceived. Graphic design is how that identity gets expressed across specific materials. The two are closely connected, but they’re not the same thing. Most of our clients need both, and we handle both, so the thinking behind your brand is reflected consistently in everything we produce.

How do you make sure design actually works, not just looks good?

We start with the audience and the goal, not the aesthetics. Before we think about how something looks, we think about who’s going to see it, what we need them to understand, and what we want them to do. That order matters. Design that starts with visuals and works backwards tends to look interesting but not perform. We work the other way around.

Can you handle a project if we don't have a brief yet?

Yes. A lot of our clients come to us with a problem rather than a brief: sales materials that aren’t landing, packaging that’s getting lost on shelf, a brochure that nobody reads. We’re comfortable working from that starting point, helping you shape the brief before we get into the creative work. It usually produces better results than working from a brief that was written before the problem was fully understood.

Do you work with businesses outside Surrey?

Yes. Most of our clients are in Surrey and London, but we work with businesses across the UK and have done so for over 15 years. Location has never been a barrier to a good working relationship, and most project communication happens remotely regardless of where a client is based.
