We are a design studio that builds on WordPress every day. We will tell you honestly what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether your site is worth improving or due a rebuild. Then we look after it every month, so it doesn’t drift again.

Send us your web address. We check speed, PHP and WordPress versions, plugins, security, search basics and accessibility, and send you a one-page report. No obligation.
2/ Full audit, from £450 +VAT
A detailed look at your site with a prioritised fix list and a fixed price for the work. If you go ahead, the audit fee comes off the bill.
3/ Fix or rebuild
Most sites can be fixed in place. If yours is better rebuilt, we rebuild it on our own framework and move you onto a Launchpad package.
4/ Looked after
Your site moves onto a care plan, hosted and maintained by us, so the problems don’t come back.

The same plans we use for the sites we build. Prices start from the figures below and are confirmed after your free health check, depending on the size and complexity of your site. 12-month minimum. All prices +VAT.
Moving to us is part of setting up your plan. We move the site to our hosting, check it and switch it over with no downtime.

For brochure sites up to about 10 pages, with standard plugins, that don’t change much.

Plain terms
- Minimum term: 12 months, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.
- Your price: confirmed after the free health check, based on the size and complexity of your site. If your site grows, we agree any change with you first.
- Moving in: moving your site to our hosting is included when you join.
- Monthly changes: on Care Plus and Shops, unused hours roll over for up to two months. Larger pieces of work are quoted separately.
- Technical fixes: if an update, the hosting or a security problem breaks something, we fix it at no extra cost. Content changes, new features and problems caused by changes made outside our plan are quoted first.
- Changing plans: upgrade at any time, downgrade after the minimum term.
- Leaving: your site is yours. We give you a full copy of your files and database and help move it to your new host.
Questions we get asked about WordPress support
Is the health check really free?
Yes. It is a one-page report from an automated scan and a look by one of us. You can act on it yourself, with us, or not at all.
What does the full audit cover?
Speed, hosting, PHP and WordPress versions, every plugin and theme, security, backups, search set-up, accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA, cookies and privacy. You get a prioritised list with a fixed price for the work.
Will I have to rebuild my site?
Usually not. Most sites can be fixed in place. If a rebuild is the better investment, we will explain why and what it costs.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes. That is what the care plans on this page are for. We start with an audit so we know what we are taking on.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
Care plans include hosting, because we can only guarantee updates, backups and fixes on servers we manage. We handle the move for you.
My site isn’t on WordPress.
