Loop Associates is a Surrey-based company specialising in smart technology solutions that make beautiful homes even more luxurious. They work with architects, interior designers, property developers and homeowners to specify and install high-end bespoke systems; from discrete automated security, lighting and environmental controls to immersive home-cinema experiences.

The brief

When Loop approached Pre they were called Philharmonic. They had a great reputation within the industry, but to new potential clients their existing brand did not reflect their premium service or appeal to their discerning target audiences. The word Philharmonic was also very much associated with audio – a fraction of the solutions that they offer. Pre were approached to undertake a complete rebrand, including a new name to ensure they were positioned just right.

Our approach

Rebranding a client is always a significant undertaking and is a decision not to be taken lightly – but it was immediately obvious that Loop’s old name and brand was a significant barrier to the company’s future growth. We needed to create something completely new that reflected the level of excellence that Loop provide, and was much more aligned to what potential clients were looking for. We also needed to create something unique and bespoke. Something that would differentiate Loop from their competitors.

The result

The difference is night and day. With a new name and brand that now perfectly reflect their premium services, Loop can now present themselves in a way that showcases their work effectively and that resonates with their target audiences. After the naming and rebranding processes, Pre created stationery items, presentation templates and digital assets to ensure consistency through all of their touchpoints and channels.
