Congratulations to the Institute of Customer Service on their fantastic events held at the Hilton, Park Lane last week – their Annual Conference and the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. Pre worked with The Institute on the visual concepts for the event around ‘Game changing strategies in an unpredictable environment’. Following the conceptual phase, Pre created and developed the imagery for the events with suits of cards themed around the values and attributes that companies will need to develop in order to succeed over the coming years.
Although visually tied together, the two events had very different objectives; so it was vital that the visual elements were strong, clear and diverse enough to work for both the Conference (a day time event which shares ideas, issues and knowledge) and the Awards (an evening event which is a celebration of achievements).
As part of the project, Pre produced the visual concept, printed and digital promotional items, Conference brochure, Awards brochure and internal venue signage. We will be updating our portfolio section soon with more details and images that show how we helped visually deliver the concepts of these successful events. In the mean time, a huge congratulations goes out to all the Awards winners too.
