Being a start-up, Tech Talent approached Pre with a free rein on how to create and sculpt the visual side of their new brand. Although an open brief, it was clear that the identity and all communication pieces would need to be engaging and relevant to the target audience of forward-thinking Tech leaders and managers.
To deliver their services, Tech Talent often need to be deeply embedded within their clients’ companies. It is therefor essential that the Tech Talent brand makes potential clients feel comfortable and that they see them as a natural fit within their organisation. We took visual cues and language familiar to the audience to ensure that it was clear that Tech Talent are approachable and understand the industry as well as anyone.
