The brief

Richmond Park Academy asked us to review their range of promotional items, including their prospectus design, in order to attract new students. They wanted a consistent look and feel to their communications that represented the school ethos.

Our approach

We started the process with a complete redesign phase to explore the look and feel for all future communications. We have a wealth of experience with schools and educational bodies that we could draw on for this as additional context. Following on from the prospectus we worked on a range of items to help their promotion including folders, newsletter, HTML email and digital marketing assets.

The result

The new prospectus design and materials we produced for Richmond Park Academy were clean and clear, with a strong and consistent focus on the activities and ethos that makes the Academy what it is today. They now have an effective toolkit of communication pieces that showcase the Academy in its best light – ensuring they attract a strong body of talented pupils.
